Job Title: PMT Construction Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas EPC project experience, including GCC experience.
• Proven expertise in construction engineering and project execution within Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of construction discipline and execution sequencing, including modulization.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams to meet project objectives.
• Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Leadership in developing construction deliverables and managing SIMOPS.
• Ability to coordinate onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Innovate technical and execution solutions to enhance construction and commissioning transitions.
• Manage construction plans, procedures, and deliverables approval.
• Mentor construction teams and lead construction activities from kickoff through completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED26,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
