Job Title: FT Trainee – PNR Operations
Department: Operations / CFS
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Manager – Operations / PNR

Job Purpose:

To support the PNR Operations team in day-to-day CFS and container-related activities, gaining hands-on exposure in yard operations, documentation, coordination, and process execution. The role is designed to provide learning opportunities in internal tracking, reporting, and operational support under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in PNR-related operational activities including container entry, movement, and exit tracking within the CFS.
• Support coordination with gate operations, yard planning, documentation, and billing teams.
• Help in preparing, verifying, and maintaining basic operational documents and system entries.
• Track PNR/container status and assist in updating internal stakeholders on movement and completion.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing MIS / operational reports.
• Learn and follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support in data validation, operational cost tracking, and process improvement activities.
• Assist senior team members in day-to-day operational coordination and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/experience in CFS, yard, or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CFS operations and container movement will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Willingness to learn CFS operations, systems, and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operational data.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹187,792.26 - ₹250,000.54 per year
