P&O Business Partner, Middle East

Major accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior business leaders to define and deliver a people strategy aligned with commercial priorities and sustainable growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent, performance, organizational design, leadership, and cultural transformation, ensuring alignment with Sandoz standards and local labor regulations
  • Coach and guide leaders and associates to reinforce behaviors that strengthen the Sandoz Way and foster a strong, values-driven culture
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies and strong talent pipelines across the Middle East.
  • Drive a high-performing and inclusive culture that enhances engagement, collaboration, and accountability
  • Partner on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning to build critical capabilities and ensure organizational continuity
  • Strengthen leadership capability through targeted development, coaching, and succession initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant HR delivery through close collaboration with Centers of Excellence and relevant stakeholders
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and overall productivity
  • Support the resolution of Employee Relations matters in collaboration with relevant global/local teams.
  • Oversee HR governance and budget management for the Middle East, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Key performance indicators:
  • Feedback from internal partners -People KPI’s – diversity, retention etc.
Minimum Requirements:Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • 10+ year experience in HR Business Partner roles with growing responsibilities
Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship building and collaboration with senior leaders, ability to operate effectively in a highly matrix and fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and self-reliant working style with a high sense of responsibility
  • Expertise in leading change processes
  • Deep knowledge of all Human Resource Management areas
  • Solid understanding of employment law and employee relations
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution and critical negotiations
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
Languages:
  • Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken
