Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and produce high-quality podcast episodes from concept through publication, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and audience engagement goals
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and team members to schedule recordings and manage production timelines
• Edit audio using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production tools to enhance sound quality and clarity
• Create engaging visual content for social media promotion using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Write compelling scripts, show notes, and promotional copy that capture the essence of each episode
• Manage social media channels to promote episodes, interact with listeners, and grow the podcast’s audience
• Interpret feedback and analytics to refine content strategies and improve future episodes

Skills
