Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional in Video Editing and Social Media Development to help build and scale the media presence of our portfolio companies, leadership team, and physician champions.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in video production, audio editing, storytelling, branding, and multi platform social media content development. This individual will play a key role in transforming long form content into compelling short form media that drives engagement, builds brand identity, and expands audience reach across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create high quality short story and biographical style YouTube videos featuring:

o Portfolio companies

o CEOs

o Physician champions

o Entrepreneurial leaders

2. Edit and produce:

o Video content

o Audio content

o Podcast episodes

o Social media clips

o Promotional brand stories

3. Leverage modern AI and content repurposing applications to transform one piece of content into multiple engaging stories for:

o YouTube

o Instagram

o LinkedIn

o TikTok

o X

o Facebook

o Podcasts

4. Build and strengthen portfolio company brands through strategic digital storytelling

5. Develop and manage a company podcast platform, including:

o Recording workflows

o Editing

o Publishing

o Distribution

o Subscriber growth strategies

6. Help establish consistent content calendars and audience engagement strategies

7. Collaborate with leadership to communicate innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, healthcare, and investment narratives in a compelling and professional manner

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in:

o Video editing

o Audio production

o Social media development

o Brand storytelling

o Podcast production

2. Strong portfolio showcasing:

o Short form video storytelling

o YouTube development

o Podcast creation

o Multi-platform content campaigns

3. Proficiency with editing and production tools such as:

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Final Cut Pro

o DaVinci Resolve

o Adobe Audition

o Canva

o CapCut

o AI driven content repurposing tools

4. Understanding of audience growth strategies, subscriptions, and engagement analytics

5. Ability to independently create polished and professional content with minimal supervision

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
