We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Podcast Producer to lead the creation and production of engaging audio content. In this role, you will oversee the entire podcast lifecycle—from conceptualization and scripting to recording, editing, and distribution—ensuring each episode resonates with our audience. Duties

• Develop and pitch innovative podcast concepts aligned with brand goals and audience interests
• Write scripts, outlines, and show notes that are clear, engaging, and informative
• Coordinate recording sessions with hosts, guests, and technical teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Edit audio content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other post-production tools to enhance sound quality
• Manage video production elements when applicable, including video editing and integrating multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite
• Oversee social media management by promoting episodes across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement
• Translate or interpret content as needed for bilingual audiences or international collaborations
• Ensure all content adheres to journalistic standards, maintains brand voice, and meets technical specifications for distribution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in podcast or video production with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent communication skills for scripting, interviewing, and collaborating with team members and guests
• Strong writing skills with an eye for storytelling, clarity, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop (for visual assets), and other post-production tools
• Knowledge of social media management strategies to effectively promote content
• Ability to interpret complex topics into accessible audio formats; bilingual skills are a plus
• Technical expertise in video editing, sound engineering, and multimedia integration
• Background in journalism or technical writing is advantageous for maintaining content integrity and accuracy
