We are currently seeking a PointClickCare (PCC) Support Specialist. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • We are seeking an experienced PointClickCare (PCC) Support Specialist to support a growing multi-facility healthcare environment and advancing Electronic Health Records(EHR) Systems. This role focuses on PCC help desk support, system audits, and data cleanup, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support for facility staff.

  • Serve as frontline PCC help desk support via shared mailbox or ticketing system

  • Resolve user access issues, security role assignments, and general PCC questions

  • Perform routine PCC audits and correct findings directly in the system

  • Clean up data issues related to documentation, UDAs, orders, and Document Manager

  • Support survey readiness and compliance efforts across facilities

  • Assist with onboarding new users and facilities from a PCC perspective

  • Provide basic training and guidance on PCC best practices

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using PointClickCare (PCC)

  • Knowledge of:

    • Security roles and permissions

    • UDAs (User Defined Assessments)

    • Order templates

    • Document Manager

  • Experience supporting multiple facilities or high volumes of support requests

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Healthcare or senior care environment experience

  • PCC super-user, auditing, or training experience
