Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily workflow of our streaming team, fulfillment operations, inventory management systems, and market purchasing.

This person will be the central connection point between our live streamers, fulfillment team, and product acquisition channels. They’ll manage day-to-day operations while also representing XPcollect in the field—negotiating deals, sourcing high-demand inventory, and ensuring our product pipeline stays strong.

You should be someone who’s just as comfortable running a live stream as you are negotiating bulk deals or managing warehouse stock. The right candidate will take ownership of team performance, inventory flow, and accuracy in fulfillment—all while maintaining XPcollect’s fast-paced, high-energy culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

• Supervise and schedule streamers, packers, and fulfillment staff.
• Ensure all team members follow operational SOPs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide hands-on training for new hires and ongoing coaching for the team.

Streaming Operations

• Step in to stream live shows when needed.
• Coordinate stream scheduling, product prep, and inventory setup for shows.
• Ensure all streaming rooms are optimized for quality and efficiency.

Fulfillment & Inventory

• Oversee daily order fulfillment for both sealed and singles operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across multiple areas (retail, warehouse, live).
• Collaborate with management to identify restock needs and product allocation.
• Manage inventory systems, barcode scanning, and real-time stock adjustments.

Market Buying & Product Acquisition

• Actively source and secure Pokémon product through in-person and online markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, collectors, and wholesalers.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure inventory for singles, sealed products, and collections.
• Evaluate pricing, market trends, and liquidity to make profitable purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with leadership to align acquisitions with sales goals and upcoming live events.

Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and implement new systems for faster and more accurate output.
• Communicate directly with leadership on performance metrics and goals.
• Uphold XPcollect’s quality standards and customer experience promise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people in fast-moving environments (warehouse, retail, or streaming).
• Experience in purchasing, negotiating, or market buying within the trading card or collectibles industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask and switch between management, fulfillment, and live operations.
• Basic understanding of Pokémon TCG products preferred (willing to train the right person).
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with technology—Shopify, barcode systems, streaming software, etc.
• Physically capable of handling fulfillment tasks (lifting boxes, standing for long periods).

Pay: $47,811.42 - $57,579.34 per year
