Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across different departments.

· Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to gather necessary information for SOPs.

· Circulate the initial drafts to the relevant stakeholders to gather their feedback for final and formal communication of the SOP.

· Maintain a centralized repository of all SOP documents.

· Assist in monitoring the adherence to SOPs and report any deviations to relevant managers.

· Participate in regular reviews of SOPs to ensure they remain current and effective.

· Assist in the auditing of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and any review requirements.

· Ensure all SOPs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Business Administration.

· Strong writing and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Fluent in English
