The Policy & Procedure Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how the organization operates by translating complex business processes and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable, and scalable guidance. This role goes beyond documentation—serving as a strategic partner to the business to drive clarity, consistency, and control across the enterprise.
This individual will influence how work gets done by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risk, and improve the employee and customer experience through well-designed policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain operating policies and procedures that support scalable, compliant, and efficient operations
- Partner cross-functionally with business, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to translate complex requirements into practical, user-friendly guidance
- Evaluate existing processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, and control effectiveness
- Drive consistency in documentation standards, structure, and governance across the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping shape processes and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational expectations
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, establishing clear timelines and driving progress to meet business priorities
- Participate in key projects and working sessions; document decisions, define next steps, and ensure accountability for execution
- Draft and deliver clear, impactful communications to support rollout and adoption of policy updates
- Support ongoing evolution of the policy governance framework, including version control, approvals, and lifecycle management

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in policy writing, technical writing, compliance, risk, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable documentation
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with web-based tools and documentation platforms
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry

Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM
