Polisher

Compensation & Eligibility:

• Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
• Payment Schedule: Weekly pay
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and maintain all tableware, including plates, flatware, glassware, and fine stemware, ensuring a spotless and refined finish at all times.
• Inspect all items for cleanliness, chips, or imperfections prior to service.
• Organize and restock polished items in designated areas to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and polishing stations.
• Support dishwashing operations as needed to ensure continuous availability of service items.
• Ensure restrooms are consistently clean, fully stocked, and maintained to fine dining standards throughout service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of service stations, storage areas, and overall restaurant facilities.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to anticipate operational needs and support seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred, ideally within a fine dining setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.
