Polymer Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Working as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, the Product Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the continued research, development, and quality assurance of PARÉ INNOVATIONS PVT LTD, as well as other duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will be able to:

Ø Fabricate, characterise, and test the performance of thermoset/thermoplastic polymer composites and blends.

Ø Operate and maintain analytical equipment for material characterisation or quality assurance.

Ø Undertake supervised research toward improving the properties of polymer and epoxy materials, including formula optimisation, blending and composite formulations to meet defined performance requirements.

Ø Develop new products as per the market trends or the customers requirement and generate ideas for new products and development in the existing products.

Ø Support in material characterization, technical specifications through research and development of the polymer composites and product development areas.

Ø New material and product development ensuring that the cost effective for the current range of products.

Knowledge:

Ø Synthesis of Functional Polymers, High-performance polymer

Ø Project management - leading, scoping, planning, and execution as well as
creating idea pipeline for future project.

Ø Knowledge of application and data analysis of various techniques such as

Ø GPC, FT-IR, NMR, UV-VIS, TGA, DSC, optical microscopy, and UTM for the
characterization of polymer and metal complexes.

Ø Knowledge of Troubleshooting problems related to polymers

Ø Candidate Profile

Ø A Master’s Degree, or lesser qualification with relevant experience in polymer engineering, Chemical or mechanical engineering, or material science.

Ø Candidate should have related experience in research and development of polymer function.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
