You will play an integral role in providing a positive and memorable experience for all our spa and pool visitors and hotel guests

Provide essential support to the Spa and Wellness facility, working closely with spa and pool team members, and other departments, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide a high standard of service care to all guests visiting the pool, exceeding expectations

Be responsible for and oversee the cleanliness of all spas, pool, and wellness areas (both public and back-of-house).

Ensure all department facilities and features are operating correctly, are in good working order keeping up with regular maintenance with immediate reporting of any engineering issues

Provide support to the spa therapists (and other department Legends) as and when required

Prepare, present, and deliver food and beverage elements where appropriate as part of the guest experience.

Set up changing areas and treatment rooms in line with standards, providing and ensuring availability of guest amenities and provisions for the therapists
