Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and well-attended.
• Prepare, arrange, and maintain poolside loungers, umbrellas, and towels to resort standards.
• Provide towels, refreshments, and amenities promptly while anticipating resident needs.
• Ensure pool and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
• Assist with monitoring pool safety, including adherence to health and hygiene protocols.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Support the service team during busy periods with coordination and guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all property facilities and services to assist residents effectively.
• Adhere to Atlantis The Royal s grooming, service, and safety standards at all times.
