Job Summary:

Poolside Bartenders will be responsible for taking orders, making & delivering drinks to members and guests and overall cleanliness of their assigned bar area.

July - September

Essential Functions:

• Make and deliver drinks to members and guests
• Maintain accurate pour sizes and cocktail recipes
• Assist with daily operations assigned
• Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance
• Take food and beverage orders from members and guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver food & beverage orders to members and guests efficiently and accurately
• Follow up with additional member requests and issues
• Maintain par levels of all bar items and ingredients
• Prepare batched cocktails per assigned recipe

Qualification Standards:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Education: At least High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: No experience required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Lift a minimum of 20lbs
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold.
• Ability to work during varied hours of the day and days of the week
• Strong command of the English language

General availability:

• Monday-Saturday 10am-11pm
• Sunday 7am-11pm
