Pool Cleaner

Job Summary:

Royal Saray Resort Bahrain is looking for a hardworking and reliable Pool Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all pools, jacuzzis, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of water features, contributing to a safe and pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all pools, jacuzzis, and water features according to the resort’s hygiene and presentation standards.
• Skim debris, brush pool walls, vacuum pool floors, and clean waterlines and tiles.
• Empty and clean skimmer and pump baskets as needed.
• Assist with basic water testing and alert the Pool Technician or Supervisor to any chemical imbalance.
• Ensure that poolside areas, such as decks and loungers, are kept tidy and free from debris.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Engineering team promptly.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness for any special water-related features or events.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines related to pool cleaning and chemical handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a pool cleaner or in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pool cleaning tools and techniques.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
