• Proper operation of equipment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all duties within the Bonick Maintenance program; other duties may be assigned.
• Properly diagnose problems and report findings
• Ability to properly balance chemicals
• Proper documentation
• Take and send pictures after each visit
• Keep vehicle clean and stocked
• Properly maintain pool equipment
• Ability to communicate with customers and subordinates

• Exceed customers’ expectations
• Anticipate customer needs and interests.
• Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships.

Employee Development

• Partner with Bonick Staff and other Bonick segments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Remain current with prescribed training and development objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
