Position: Pool Construction Crew Member

Location: Eastern Shore, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction of residential and commercial swimming pools
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on schedule
• Safely operate construction tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or landscaping preferred, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
