Pool Lifeguard

Job Summary:

The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing pool rules and regulations. The lifeguard maintains a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimmers and maintain constant vigilance over the pool area.
• Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
• Perform water rescues, CPR, and first aid when necessary.
• Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safety.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck and lifeguard station.
• Record daily attendance, incidents, and maintenance issues as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons as needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills.
