Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Pool Sales Designer to meet with homeowners, design custom pools using 3D software (e.g., Pool Studio), and close sales from concept to contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to discuss vision, budget, and design goals.
• Create custom pool/outdoor designs and detailed proposals.
• Present designs and estimates to win projects.
• Work with construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Follow up to close sales and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool or outdoor living design and sales.
• Proficiency in Pool Studio or similar 3D design software (SketchUp/CAD a plus).
• Strong sales skills and proven closing ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation

Independent contractor position; income is commission-only with unlimited earning potential.
