The Role:
As a Pool Salesperson, you ll be the friendly face and trusted advisor guiding our clients through every step of their pool-buying journey from the first conversation to the final design. You'll be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering an exceptional experience that reflects the luxury and quality we stand for.

What You ll Do:

• Initial preparation for consultations
• Greet and consult with clients in their homes
• Understand each client s lifestyle and vision to create tailored pool solutions
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to contract signing
• Collaborate with our administration and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on trends in luxury pools and outdoor living

• A people-person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience ideally in pools, landscaping or home improvement
• A self-starter who thrives in a family-style team environment
• Passion for outdoor living and design
