Job Title: Pool Server
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays as needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and attentive Pool Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in our pool area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and is committed to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously in the pool area
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns
Maintain cleanliness of poolside tables, chairs, and service stations
Process payments and handle credit transactions responsibly
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Food handler and/or alcohol service certification

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a wet, humid, and sunny environment
