We are seeking an experienced Pool Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience to oversee daily pool operations, ensure guest safety, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and water quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of pool safety regulations, and hands-on experience managing pool attendants/lifeguards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day swimming pool operations and ensure smooth functioning at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations.
• Monitor pool water quality, including chemical balance (chlorine, pH levels), filtration systems, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and train pool attendants and lifeguards.
• Ensure all safety equipment is available, functional, and properly used.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and incidents professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, changing rooms, and related facilities.
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams for repairs and improvements.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Pool Supervisor or similar role.
• Valid Pool Supervisor / Lifeguard Certification (Dubai Municipality or equivalent preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, water treatment, and safety standards.
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifesaving certifications (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to manage staff and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of responding to emergency situations.
