We’re now hiring an experienced Pool Technician to help support our growing client base and ensure every pool we build is started, maintained, and serviced to the highest standard.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Pool Technician with hands-on experience in pool routes, chemical balancing, pool start-ups, and equipment troubleshooting. This is an in-field role that requires a solid understanding of water chemistry, pool hydraulics, equipment systems, and professional-level customer service.

You will represent Paradigm Pools in the field and help maintain the quality and reputation we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pool start-ups for new construction projects (brushing, balancing, equipment programming, system checks).
• Service pools weekly or as needed, including chemical testing, adjustments, vacuuming, and skimming.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, valves, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance such as filter cleanings, cell cleanings, system inspections, and minor repairs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and leadership about pool conditions and needed service.
• Maintain logs, chemical readings, and service documentation.
• Ensure all work meets Paradigm Pools’ quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Required: Experience in pool service, pool routes, water chemistry, or equipment repair.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward experience is a plus).
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and problem-solve on site.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
