Job Summary

BJORG Construction is seeking a highly skilled Pool Tiling Technician to join our luxury development team on the Dubai Islands project. We are looking for a true craftsman who specializes in the high-precision world of aquatic finishes, ensuring every pool we build is as beautiful as it is durable.

Key Responsibilities

• Tile & Mosaic Installation: Expertly install ceramic, porcelain, and glass mosaic tiles on pool floors, walls, and overflow channels. You must ensure perfect alignment, levels, and adherence to complex patterns or architectural designs.
• Epoxy Grouting: Apply specialized epoxy grout to ensure 100% water-tight joints and chemical resistance. You must be proficient in the specific mixing, application, and cleaning techniques required for epoxy to ensure a stain-free, professional finish.
• Finishing Works: Execute all final aesthetic details, including coping stone installation, corner trimming, and surface polishing. Ensure the final product meets BJORG’s "luxury-tier" quality standards.
• Surface Preparation: Inspect and prepare pool shells to ensure surfaces are perfectly primed and leveled before the commencement of tiling works.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of specialized experience in swimming pool tiling and mosaics within the UAE.
• Immediate Joiner Preferred
