Pools Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pools Engineer (Civil Works) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of swimming pools, ensuring that all civil, structural, and MEP works are executed according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all civil aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of works.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee waterproofing, pool plumbing, and MEP integration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in swimming pool construction, fit-out, or civil works.
• Strong understanding of pool structures, waterproofing systems, and MEP coordination.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality codes and other local authority regulations.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, subcontractor management, and quality control.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED250.00 per month
