We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pools Engineer (Civil Works) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of swimming pools, ensuring that all civil, structural, and MEP works are executed according to project specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise all civil aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of works.</li><li>Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant authorities.</li><li>Oversee waterproofing, pool plumbing, and MEP integration.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in swimming pool construction, fit-out, or civil works.</li><li>Strong understanding of pool structures, waterproofing systems, and MEP coordination.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai Municipality codes and other local authority regulations.</li><li>Hands-on experience in site supervision, subcontractor management, and quality control.</li><li>Strong project management and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED250.00 per month

The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, bringing design ideas to life through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and execution. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure every space reflects SOA&rsquo;s design philosophy.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through to delivery.</li><li>Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals.</li><li>Guide and manage design-related tasks (in-house or outsourced), setting standards and ensuring cohesive creative output across the department.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure the design vision is accurately executed.</li><li>Attend client meetings and translate their ideas into functional, refined design solutions.</li><li>Oversee design documentation and maintain project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Uphold quality standards across all design phases.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior design.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.</li><li>Strong sense of design aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful spaces.</li><li>Experience in design-build environments is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED300.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>interior design: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
