Interior Designer

We are seeking an Interior Designer with strong creative vision and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, bringing design ideas to life through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and execution. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure every space reflects SOA’s design philosophy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals.
• Guide and manage design-related tasks (in-house or outsourced), setting standards and ensuring cohesive creative output across the department.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure the design vision is accurately executed.
• Attend client meetings and translate their ideas into functional, refined design solutions.
• Oversee design documentation and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Uphold quality standards across all design phases.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful spaces.
• Experience in design-build environments is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED300.00 per month
