Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Popeyes standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (fryers, ovens, etc.)
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow all food safety and health guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet speed of service goals
• Assist with prep work and inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
