Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and high-performing team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
- Supervise kitchen activities, food production, and quality assurance to meet brand standards
- Monitor operational costs, assist with budgeting, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select talented team members
- Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards consistently across all areas of the restaurant
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the food service industry, preferably within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory tracking
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and operational planning is highly desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
