Port Captain (Jack Up Barge)

• Must be a Master of Jack Up Barges for a minimum of 48 months sea experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Port Captain or in a similar role, preferably with Jack Up Barge operations.
• Deep understanding of marine operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.

1. Strong knowledge of marine operations and safety protocols
2. Proficiency in managing and coordinating vessel movements
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills to oversee a team of crew members
4. Ability to conduct risk assessments and make critical decisions in maritime emergencies
5. Proficient in understanding and interpreting navigational charts and weather patterns
6. Extensive experience in handling Jack Up Barges and knowledge of related equipment and machinery
7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for maritime operations
8. Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently
9. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and safety regulations
