Event Helper – Flexible Schedule (Logan University, Chesterfield, MO)

Pay: $16/hr to start (raise after 90 days)

Schedule: Varies day-to-day (morning, mid-shift, and night shifts)

No overnights

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Event Helper to join our team at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri. This position supports event setups, cleanups, and general assistance across campus. Your schedule will be provided one month in advance, but shift times will vary. You must be prepared to work mornings, mid-day shifts, and nights depending on event needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and tear-down

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and equipment

• Help staff during events as needed

• Maintain cleanliness before, during, and after events

• Support university staff with general tasks

• Follow direction and stay on schedule

• Maintain a professional attitude with students, staff, and guests

Requirements:

• Event experience required

• Cleaning experience required

• Must be prompt, reliable, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Must have reliable transportation to Logan University

• Flexible availability (no overnight work)

Pay:

• Starting at $16 per hour

• Raise after 90 days based on performance
