NorthStar Management & Consulting, Inc., has a Porter position available in Tucson.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have pool experience
• Responsible for keeping the grounds clean and free of debris and hazards
• Responsible for keeping the clubhouse clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas.
• Must be able to perform miscellaneous light maintenance tasks.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. Must have valid driver’s license with operable vehicle. Have own tools to perform the various jobs assigned. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and understand documents written in English such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate verbally in English.
