Porter - Restaurant Maintenance & Cleanliness

Culver’s is looking for a dependable Porter to help keep our restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and like being done with work before lunch.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6am-1030am
• Approx. 24-28 hours per week
• Able to occasionally work coverage for weekends

What you’ll do:

• Keep kitchen, dining, restrooms, and outdoor areas clean and organized
• Maintain equipment (grills, fryers, filters) and perform light preventative maintenance
• Support stock rotation and organization in coolers, freezers, and storage areas
• Help with landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep
• Work independently to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

• Dependable and hardworking with attention to detail
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot kitchens and cold freezers
• A team player who cares about cleanliness and safety

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
