Porter/Groundskeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our apartment community team. The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
• Pick up trash, debris and pet waste throughout the property grounds
• Clean and prepare vacant units as needed
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and work orders
• Maintain dumpster areas and ensure proper trash disposal
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report concerns
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal duties (if applicable)
• Support maintenance team with general tasks as needed
• Maintain pool, chemicals and cleaning pool area

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
