MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

And they ensure our kitchens are stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high-quality standards. Basically, porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and staff, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
• Inventory duties, receiving, rotating stock while monitoring shelf life and code dates
• A basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment
