Porter/Maintenance Worker

Contract Work Part Time:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are clean and streak-free, both inside and outside of commercial buildings. Must have own supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a clear and polished appearance
- Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows safely
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within designated time frames
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
