YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and managing portfolio strategy in cooperation with The Coca-Cola Company

Implementation of guidelines for portfolio development with purpose of supporting relevant category strategies

Integration of brand plans into holistic calendar ensuring clarity of priorities

Managing new launches: business case development, pilot testing, implementation

Market monitoring: consumer research, business and market insights, new trends identification

Category management: development, shelf shares, executional excellence
-
Brand management: Business Unit and national campaigns, managing budget, evaluation and KPIs
-
Stakeholder management: Group SPOC and Brand owners

Managing a team of three

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

A bachelor’s degree is required, typically in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is highly preferred.

8–10+ years of experience, with a focus on managing multiple brands or entire product categories
-
Defines the long-term vision for the entire category/portfolio & determines resource allocation and brand hierarchy across multiple brands.

Drives Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies (pricing, mix, pack architecture) across all brands in the portfolio.

Identifies macro market trends and future white-space opportunities for portfolio expansion or rationalization.

Manages the holistic innovation roadmap for the entire portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and avoiding cannibalization.

Exceptional skills in influencing and aligning diverse internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Executive Leadership.

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects (e.g., major campaigns, global launches) with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication, including sophisticated storytelling and the ability to present complex business cases to senior management.

Advanced ability to interpret and translate complex marketing and sales data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable business strategies.

Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including e-commerce drivers, digital media optimization, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
