Portfolio Manager

The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Define and implement portfolio management best practices across the organization.
• Develop and continuously enhance portfolio management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (EPMO/PMO).
• Lead the development and review of Business Cases, Funding Requests, and RFPs.
• Develop and manage the Portfolio Master Plan with a long-term strategic view.
• Define and monitor financial and operational KPIs to track portfolio performance.
• Analyze performance reports and identify underperforming assets/projects.
• Develop and execute performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to identify optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on portfolio performance and strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members, including setting objectives and identifying training needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the EPMO.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and improve performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), or
• Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years in Portfolio / Program / PMO Management
• Strong experience in CAPEX projects and governance

Professional Certifications & Licenses

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
• Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (CBSP)
• Certified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Professional

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English
