Portfolio Manager (Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, Crypto)

Job Description: Portfolio Manager Role Overview

We at Dream Come True Information Technology are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager who can design and manage long-term investment portfolios while also training users in practical day trading strategies. The ideal candidate will combine institutional-level portfolio management with the ability to simplify trading concepts and guide users in active market participation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management (Primary Role)

• Design and manage diversified long-term portfolios (Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, Crypto if applicable)
• Define asset allocation strategies based on risk profiles
• Implement strong risk management frameworks (drawdown limits, diversification, exposure control)
• Conduct macroeconomic and fundamental analysis
• Rebalance portfolios based on market conditions
• Focus on capital preservation and consistent returns

2. Risk Management & Capital Protection

• Monitor portfolio risk across all asset classes
• Apply position sizing, hedging strategies, and exposure limits
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing
• Ensure disciplined, rules-based decision-making

3. Day Trading Training (Secondary Role)

• Teach practical day trading strategies (not hype or signals)
• Conduct live trading sessions and explain trade decisions in real time
• Train users on:
• Market structure
• Risk management in intraday trading
• Trade execution and discipline
• Break down trades into simple, understandable insights
• Help users avoid common mistakes (overtrading, leverage misuse)

4. Content & Education

• Create structured learning material (basic to intermediate level)
• Record or conduct webinars, sessions, or workshops
• Provide trade reviews and performance analysis for students

Required Qualifications Must Have

• 4–8+ years of experience in financial markets
• Proven experience in:
• Portfolio management (long-term investments)
• Active trading (day trading or swing trading)
• Strong understanding of:
• Risk management frameworks
• Technical + basic fundamental analysis
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

Highly Preferred

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar qualification
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Experience in: Wealth management firms, Asset management companies, Investment banks.
