What You'll Do:

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing.
• Provide expert market advice, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Stay current on market trends, listings and property values.
• Promote listings via Bayut and personal branding
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, inspections, and documentation.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active real estate broker card (RERA)
• Proven track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital marketing.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Strong existing network and ability to self-generate leads.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
