Job Purpose:
- Support the implementation and enhancement of portfolio performance policies, frameworks, and tools.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor project performance metrics to ensure effective portfolio management and continuous improvement.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Gather project performance data (cost, schedule, quality, safety, and resources) from various systems and reports.
- Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the project portfolio.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPI, SPI, and earned value to assess project health.
- Identify underperforming projects and flag deviations for management action.
- Assist in developing and maintaining portfolio performance dashboards and management reports.
- Support the automation and standardization of performance reporting formats.
- Collect and consolidate ePMO KPI data from different sections and submit it through the Kippy platform.
- Collaborate with project controls and other departments to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
- Utilize digital tools such as Power BI, Primavera, and ERP systems for tracking and visualization.
- Support Steering Committee meetings with performance analyses and data insights.
- Promote standardization of KPIs, templates, and reporting tools across projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- PMP Certification (preferred).
- 12 years of experience in project performance, project controls, or portfolio management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and ERP systems.
- Advanced data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI.
- Excellent understanding of KPI design, tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for management-level reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
