Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Portfolio Sales Executive at Homes 4 Life Real Estate LLC, located in Dubai. The Portfolio Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, driving sales, and developing business opportunities. Duties include building and maintaining client relationships, handling sales management and business development tasks, and ensuring effective customer relationship management (CRM). The individual will also be responsible for delivering exceptional service and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Expertise in Portfolio Management and Business Development
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Valid UAE driver's license is a plus
