Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven POS Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to businesses across (Specialist in Restaurant POS Solution) retail, hospitality, and other industries. The role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities for POS software and related services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client consultations to highlight features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of POS solutions, software features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in software sales, POS solutions, or IT sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with retail and hospitality business operations is a plus.
