We are looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Tendering Specialist (Female) to join our professional team.

Requirements:

1. Qualification:

BS Civil Engineering

2. Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering tendering

Experience working with consultants will be preferred

3. Gender Preference:

Female candidates are preferred

4. Key Responsibilities:

RFP Preparation and Management:

Lead the development and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, ensuring clarity and compliance with client requirements

Collaborate with technical and management teams to collect required information for RFPs

Prepare complete RFP packages including project scope, timelines, pricing structures, and evaluation criteria

5. Proposal Evaluation:

Develop evaluation criteria for proposals received

Coordinate and participate in proposal evaluation meetings

Compile feedback and recommendations from stakeholders

Communication with Stakeholders:

Serve as the primary contact for all RFP-related inquirie

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and smooth coordination

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all RFPs comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards

Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation

Continuous Improvement:

Collect feedback to improve the RFP process

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance proposal quality
