Position Summary:

Apotheosis Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in nursing homes and other facilities, contribute to process improvements, and work with a team of skilled clinicians who share your passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients residing in nursing facilities, including admission, ongoing care and treatment, and other planning as needed.
• Collaborate with facility teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Perform medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust care as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with medical advancements.
• Be dependable to Work and respond to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or other applicable specialty.
• Licensure: Licensed through the Texas Medical Board and the Drug Enforcement Agency
• Experience: previous inpatient medical experience preferred, but not required for recent graduates.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
