Post Designer Executive

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Post Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent design skills, strong social media knowledge, and basic networking abilities to support digital operations and ensure smooth connectivity when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional content.
• Manage, plan, and schedule content across all social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas and strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
• Maintain consistent brand identity throughout all content.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
• Assist with basic networking tasks such as troubleshooting internet issues, managing Wi-Fi devices, and ensuring smooth digital connectivity (if needed).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including troubleshooting connectivity or device issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Video editing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
