Now, we're on the lookout for a Post-Production Supervisor, a visual visionary and natural leader who can elevate our content, drive creative excellence, and lead our Egypt-based post-production team to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a skilled team of photo and video editors.
• Review, polish, and approve content to ensure it's on-brand, on-point, and on time.
• Own the post-production pipeline from task assignments to final approvals using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Act as the creative bridge between Egypt’s production unit and Boutiqaat headquarters in Kuwait.
• Foster team growth through constructive feedback, mentorship, and training.
• Streamline processes to ensure every visual asset is delivered with quality, consistency, and creative flair.
• Maintain a sharp eye on deadlines, detail, and delivery, all while championing a positive, high-performance team culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You hold a degree in Media, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• You bring 3–5 years of hands-on editing experience and 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• You’re fluent in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• You're highly organized, deadline-driven, and know your way around task management platforms.
• Bilingual? Even better! You speak and write Arabic and English with ease.
• You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and know how to keep a creative team inspired and on track.
