Photo Editor – Event Photography (Evening / Overnight Work / On Site Work) Drew Altizer Photography – San Francisco

Hello! We are Drew Altizer Photography, a premier San Francisco/Bay Area event photography agency covering hundreds of high-profile events each year.

We are seeking experienced photo editors to handle large event galleries (200–1000 images) with fast, same-night turnaround.

We are in need of editors to work onsite at events and work remotely after events. Editors may also lead small teams of other editors, depending on the event.

Most work occurs overnight (4 PM–2 AM, not all at once but within that range). Weekend availability is required. Our work is seasonal, with peak months from March–June and September–mid December.

We are looking for team members who are engaged, communicative, and flexible, able to stay level-headed under pressure, collaborate with our small, high-energy team, and consistently deliver high-quality, editorial-standard images quickly and accurately.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom
• Ability to edit 75-100 images per hour, producing consistent, high-quality results
• Reliable communication and responsiveness during active editing shifts
• Availability 1–4 evenings per week, including late-night hours
• Comfortable working onsite at events and remotely as needed, throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs and schedules
• Ability to lead or coordinate small teams of editors, depending on the event
