Post Quantum Encryption Technical Solutions Architect III

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience consulting/architecting, Cyber Resilience, and Data Protection solutions, with a focus on large enterprise customers
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), especially in presenting to an executive audience
• Passion for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
• Solid understanding of processes modeling and how technology can enable and improve processes
• Experience developing original content (PowerPoint and blog articles)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to produce outstanding results
• Superior organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills
• Strong business and sales acumen
• Self-Motivated to maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies

Specific Technology Skills:

• 5+ years architecting, assessing, designing encryption solutions for large enterprise customers.
• 5+ years deploying, integrating, and configuring Encryotin solutions for large enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise server, storage, security, and networking infrastructure solutions and ecosystems

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $240,000 to $243,0000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What is the Data Protection Team and why join?

What will you be doing?

The Pre-Sales Quantum Encryption Architect partners with customers to assess current cryptographic environments and guide strategic migration to quantum-safe solutions. They translate complex post-quantum technologies into clear business value and technical differentiation. Working closely with sales teams, they design and present secure architectures aligned to compliance, performance, and zero-trust requirements. The role includes leading customer workshops, creating solution proposals, and supporting proof-of-concept deployments. They stay current on evolving PQC standards, threat models, and vendor ecosystems to ensure customers are future-ready for the post-quantum era.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interlock with WWT Account Teams and our OEM Partners.
• Provide critical subject matter expertise and technical competence in PQC.
• Collaborate with adjacent services teams to enhance the overall services offering in support of PQC.
• Support the creation of innovative PQC labs in the WWT Advanced Technology Center (ATC) to support customer engagements.
• Educate and enable our field organization on offerings, allowing them to correctly identify, size/scope, sell, and deliver opportunities and solutions. Embrace and Strengthen WWT's culture through our Core Values:

Additional Responsibilities

• Continuing education on the evolving PQC landscape.
• Develop and deliver new briefings, workshops, assessments, and training as foundational offerings to engage our customers in new pursuits.
• Foster and develop partnerships and relationships that support WWT's GTM strategy around PQC.
